EAHIL and Health Library Ireland are inviting you to a webinar on the 17th of May, 2022. The presenter is Matilde Fontain from the University of Trieste and she recently defended her PhD Thesis at the University La Sapienza, Rome, a research on Information, disinformation and other words, structured as a glossary comparing Italian and English terms used in the debate.
Her core thesis was a reflection on the ethical role of library and information professionals facing information disorder, whose professional call is to contribute to raise citizens’ awareness and evaluation skills through media and information literacy.
